Thermal microclimate for the measurement of WBGT, PMV (mean predicted vote), PPD (predicted percentage of dissatisfied), DR (draught rate), TU (local turbulence intensity), HI (heat index), UTCI (Universal Thermal Climate Index), TEP (perceived equivalent temperature) indices, CO2, PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10. Estimation of SARS-CoV-2 decay time on surfaces.

HD32.3TC is the portable version, mostly used in combination with a table stand (small tripod).
HD32.3TCA is the version that is being used with a stable tripod, suitable to be used for measurements during a longer period.

Technically the difference is simple: with the HD32.3TCA the sensors are being connected by a cable and a black globe of 150mm is used. With the HD32.3TC the black globe is 50mm and the sensors are being connected directly on top of the instrument.

Both are fully according to the applicable ISO7730, ISO7726 and ISO7243 regulations.

A bright and clear touch display allows the calculated values for WBGT, PMV/PPD and TU to be directly visible. The data are immediately available via “cloud” application accessible remotely via Wi-Fi connection. The data logger has a large memory capacity for long lasting measurement cycles. Moreover, the rechargeable battery guarantees a working autonomy of at least 24 hours.

The probes necessary for WBGT measurement are the following:
• Dry bulb temperature probes TP3207.2 or TP3207.

The probes necessary for PMV and PPD measurement are the following:
• Relative humidity and temperature combined probe HP3217.2R or HP3217R.
• Omnidirectional hotwire probe AP3203.2 or AP3203.
Globe temperature probe TP3276.2 or TP3275.

HP3217.2R Relative humidity and temperature combined probe. Capacitive RH sensor, Pt100
temperature sensor. Probe stem Ø 14 mm, length 150 mm. Complete with SICRAM module.
Used for PMV measurement.

AP3203.2 Omnidirectional hotwire probe. Measuring range: air speed 0.02 ÷ 5 m/s, temperature
0 ÷ +80 °C. Probe stem Ø 8 mm, length 230 mm. Complete with SICRAM module. Used for
PMV measurement.
