● HXR-2000 high-speed ultrasonic homogenizer is a professional application of processing equipment for dispersing samples with large capacity, pilot test and high sample concentration by combining the integration of ultrasonic vibrator and high-speed homogenizer and the integrated equipment can effectively deal with large capacity, high concentration, high viscosity and poor fluidity of samples. Classic applications include graphene, silicon oxide, carbon nanotubes, gels, resins, etc.
Product features:
● Ultrasonic controller adopts self-developed circuit, ultrasonic generator device working voltage 220V/AC, ultrasonic circuit apparatus with protection measures of over-voltage, over-current, output short circuit, etc.;
● The ultrasonic circuit has automatic frequency tracking, and the frequency is automatically tracked at the resonance point suitable for output, so that the transducer always works in a good state and the transducer efficiency reaches the maximum.
● The ultrasonic controller has the function of power adjustment, and the output power can be continuously adjusted to meet the requirements of various sample objects.
● Equipped with display working status, easy to observe the working condition of ultrasonic controller;
● 30JX special high shear force working head can meet the processing volume of 2L-10L, which is suitable for different sample processing requirements;
● Providing a linear speed of 47m/s for sample homogenization;
● It can be equipped with a temperature sensor to measure the sample temperature in real time, and automatically stop operation when the set value is reached to better protect the sample.
