Thickness Meter
The LM series ultrasonic thickness gauge developed and produced by our factory adopts the principle of ultrasonic measurement and is an ultra-small measuring instrument. It can measure quickly, without damage and accurately. The instrument can be widely applied to the detection fields of manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and the like, and is suitable for measuring the thickness of various materials which can enable ultrasonic waves to propagate at a constant speed in the interior and can be reflected from the back surface of the ultrasonic waves.

In addition to accurately measuring various plates and various processed parts, it can also monitor various pipelines and pressure vessels in production equipment and monitor their thinning degree after corrosion during use. It is a necessary special instrument for material protection.
FEATURES
1. The working principle: uses the pulse-echo method of double crystal probe

2. Measurement error: ±0.1 mm (less than 10 mm) (±1% H+0.1) (more than 10 mm) Note: H is the thickness of the object to be measured.

3. V path correction: v sound path correction to compensate nonlinearity of bimorph probe

5. Minimum scanning: drag the probe along the surface of the object to be measured, and the instrument can automatically find a place to measure the thinnest thickness.

6. Application software: UmView software is used to transmit, store, analyze and edit documents of measurement data (optional)
